Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of order confirmation unless otherwise specified. Orders will be scheduled for delivery 1-7 business days of shipping. Shipments not received must be reported to Ferguson & Associates Equine Hospital within 3 days of scheduled receipt.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of order confirmation from Ferguson & Associates Equine Hospital. Once products are shipped you may receive a refund for the product(s) only, not shipping, if received in the same condition sent. All shipping charges to return product(s) are the responsibility of the purchaser
